ROYAL BALLET DANCER DUMPED OVER GAY PORN
A promising young ballet dancer has been forced to leave the Royal Winnipeg Ballet company and school in Canada after lecturers found out he was appearing in gay adult films.
Twenty-two-year-old Jeppe Hansen, originally from Denmark, successfully completed the gruelling process last year to be admitted into the prestigious company and also won a scholarship to its school.
However, while at the company, he decided to experiment as a gay adult performer.
“I decided I would like to gain more experience, both with my sexuality, with myself in a safe way where I could control it, but also experience other sides of me artistically,” Hansen told the National Post.
He claims that after the company’s artistic director was shown explicit photos of him, he was forced to sign a resignation letter and was escorted to his locker to pack his belongings.
“I was definitely kicked out of school. They didn’t really give me any options. They actually stated that they knew what was going on and they didn’t approve of it and they couldn’t have me at the school any longer,” he said.
Hansen has continued to work in the adult film industry under the name Jett Black for the website CockyBoys. And while he would like to be dancing, he says that he doesn’t regret his x-rated exploits.
“I definitely don’t regret it. Should I be dancing ballet if the ballet community cannot accept who I am as a person and what I would like to aspire in my life?”
The Royal Winnipeg Ballet told CBC that the school has a code of conduct for students in place “for the benefit of all”.
